Ticket & Cancellation policy
All Ticket Sales Are Final: Because seats are limited and supplies are prepared specifically for each guest in advance, all ticket purchases are non-refundable. We do not offer cash refunds or credit transfers for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Transfer Your Seat to a Friend: If you are unable to attend, you are more than welcome to send someone else in your place! Just reach out to us at missjones3077@gmail.com before class to let us know the name of the new attendee.
Class Cancellations by Host: In the rare event that class is canceled on our end due to severe weather or emergency, all ticket holders will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
